Executable Price Quote

The final rate offered by a financial institution or broker for a currency transaction, combining the acquisition rate and any applicable markup. This rate is the exact figure at which your transaction will be executed, as opposed to an indicative rate.

  • Simple Example: If the FX provider's acquisition rate for EUR/USD is 1.0950 and the markup is 0.0100 (100 basis points or 1%), the executable price quote would be 1.1050.
  • Numerical Breakdown:
    • Acquisition Rate: 1.0950
    • FX Markup: 0.0100
    • Executable Price Quote: 1.0950 + 0.0100 = 1.1050
