Pip (Percentage in Point)

Pip (Percentage in Point): The smallest price move that can be observed in a currency exchange rate, typically equal to 0.0001. A standard unit of measurement in forex trading to quantify exchange rates and calculate profits and losses.

Example: If the EUR/USD exchange rate moves from 1.1000 to 1.1001, it has increased by one pip.
